Lincoln is home to one of Europe’s largest Christmas markets and one of Lincoln’s most exciting and popular events of the year. With over 280 stalls meandering through the Cathedral, Castle and various other venues, here are our top things to see and do:

With a range of Lincolnshire’s signature local produce on sale, the market offers many sweet and savoury options. The market celebrates its heritage with German-themed stalls selling their authentic delicacies or if you have more of a sweet tooth then the waffle and doughnut stands will take your fancy. There are also multiple points to buy roasted chestnuts if you really want to get into the festive spirit.

The adrenaline filled ride ‘Freak Out’ is sure to satisfy your rush, but if you’re looking for something a little calmer then the carousel may be for you. The Big Wheel is a great way to experience fantastic views of the city and take some impressive photos.
