Sainsbury’s is the second largest chain of supermarkets in the UK, and also represented in Lincoln. The stores sell groceries, clothing and homewares for a middle to low budget.

Mo–Su: 6am–11pm / Next to huge superstores, the selling chain Tesco is also positioned with Express stores serving groceries, especially snacks, drinks and processed food. The stores are easy to reach and all over Lincoln.

Mo–Sa: 9am–5.30pm, Su: 10.30am–4.30pm / Started as a high-fashion store now Topshop, and the male version, Topman, sell clothing, shoes, make-up and accessories modern-looking for the young generation in an acceptable price range.

H&M
Waterside Shopping Centre, High Street, Lincoln
Mo–Sa: 9am–5.30pm, Su: 10.30am–4.30pm / Fast-fashion for men, women and children can be found at the Swedish-born store Hennes & Mauritz. On two floors their regular changing product line from basics to statement pieces is always cheap and trendy.
